familea's privacy policy describes the collection and disclosure of personal data. This Privacy Policy applies to all processing of personal data. By accessing or using the familea website, users consent to the collection and use of their personal data as described in this Privacy Policy.

We process various categories of personal data. The most important categories are as follows:
- Master data: These are the basic data such as name, contact details, personal data, photos, care. counseling and client history, declarations of consent and information about third parties

- From you: You provide us with much of the data we process yourself (e.g. in connection with our services or communication with us). You are not obliged to disclose your data, with exceptions in individual cases (e.g. legal obligations). However, if you wish to conclude contracts with us or make use of our services, for example, we are dependent on your data.

7 Deletion of data and storage duration
We process your data for as long as required by our processing purposes, the statutory retention periods and our legitimate interests in processing for documentation and evidence purposes or for as long as storage is technically necessary (e.g. in the case of backups or document management systems). 8.2 Right to rectification
If your data is incorrect, you have the right to request that the incorrect data be corrected immediately. If your personal data is incomplete, you have the right to request that it be completed.
8.3 Right to restriction of processing
You can request the restriction of the processing of data if in particular:
