Our basic attitude
Every day, children learn to face new challenges. They are happy when they can proudly show off the skills they have learned. In order for them to develop in an age-appropriate way, they need an environment in which they feel comfortable. Children want caregivers who have a lot of confidence in them, who encourage and support them. And this is precisely where we come in at our daycare centers.
Our pedagogical concept and the education and learning histories specifically promote your child's development and record his or her progress. The focus is on your child and his or her individuality. We encourage it to perceive its interests, to give free rein to its creativity and to discover the world from different perspectives in free play.
Education and learning stories (BULG)
Your child's individuality and loving care are our top priority. The pedagogical concept of familea is oriented in such a way that every child can develop his or her social competence, personal responsibility and autonomy in an age-appropriate way through free play and group activities. The pedagogical work in our daycare centers is based on the methodology of the education and learning stories (BULG).
The development of each individual child is accompanied and promoted by qualified specialist and care staff by means of systematic observation and documentation. Children with special needs are also cared for at familea, provided they are able to establish a sustainable relationship with the contact persons.
Nutrition
Lunch, snack and dinner specially tailored for children
The children are cooked for by our chefs on site or from our own familea production kitchen. The needs and priorities of the children are taken into account when planning the meals. familea focuses on a high catering standard in several respects:
- Nutritional: familea guarantees a balanced, varied diet without additives, with local products, if possible organic products as well as sugar-, fat- and salt-reduced preparation; no preservatives or e-substances.
- Safety: compliance with all hygiene and food safety regulations, mandatory declaration, information on origin.
- Sustainability: optimized resource consumption, transparent processes, climate-neutral.
familea ensures a balanced, child-friendly diet and also offers balanced meals for children with allergies and intolerances. A relaxed and respectful table and social culture is important to us for the children. The child decides for himself how much he wants to eat and what of the meal he wants to try. The children are motivated to try the meals, but no pressure is put on them. The weekly menu plan is always displayed in the daycare for viewing.
Everyday life and rituals
In the morning, the children are brought to the daycare center and parents and caregivers exchange information. The caregivers then have breakfast together with the children.
During the morning, the children make music, paint, do handicrafts and play. Movement and language development are just as much a part of the program as nature experiences and walks. Of course, a snack break is not to be missed.
A rest period follows lunch. The older children can then complete their homework and receive support as needed, while the younger ones take their nap or can retreat to a quiet corner. In the afternoon, there are guided activities such as theme and project work. The children can live out their creativity or go on another outing together with the childcare staff. During this time, the Zvieri provides new energy.
Throughout the day, the children have time for free play in the house or garden. In doing so, they can discover the world and gain important and varied experiences that lay the foundation for dealing with challenges that life offers.
In the evening, parents and caregivers talk about the day and the child's experience.
