Kita Zauberstei - Pedagogy at eye level
The Zauberstei daycare center is located directly on the German border and offers plenty of space to play and experience on the first floor with bright and large group rooms. The additional, education-specific rooms and a large and varied garden around the building enrich our everyday activities.
The building of the Kita Zauberstei was built especially for the Kita. The rooms are very bright and barrier-free due to the large window fronts, which allows even our youngest children to actively participate in everyday life.
We attach great importance to the children's participation and include them in everyday tasks as well as in the design of daily life. Through needs-based and age-specific activities, we create a learning environment for the children at eye level and offer them plenty of room for their own independence and participation in their day-to-day life at the daycare center.
The large garden, which is designed around the daycare center with many varied play opportunities, offers the children a natural place to learn. Excursions to the Basel Zoo, the Rhine, the forest, the biotope, the fields and the village are just a few examples of the possibilities offered by the ideal location of the daycare center on the outskirts of Stein.
In our kitchen, all meals are cooked and prepared with love by our in-house chef - and she is also actively and motivatedly supported by our little cooks, for example, in the preparation of the z`Vieri.
