Kita Roche Solitude - Children are world explorers who actively construct their own image of the world.
Located directly on the Rhine and next to the impressive Roche Towers, Solitude Park is a true oasis with extensive green spaces, a playground and a paddling pool. The famous architect Christoph Riggenbach built the aristocratic summer residence Solitude in the green in 1846. In 1996, Hoffmann La Roche AG commissioned the conversion of the historic house into an exclusive day care center for children. A large and exciting play and exercise room on the first floor and an attractive, child-friendly garden are also available.
Daily excursions in the Wettstein quarter as well as visits to the forest and the Lange Erle are part of our daily routine.
The individual accompaniment in daily decision-making processes and their learning effects are in the foreground for us. We support the children in growing into independent personalities and have confidence in their abilities. In doing so, it is important to us to accompany and support each child mindfully in its educational and developmental processes.
Through group activities and free play sequences, we support and encourage the children in their social skills and offer them the opportunity to live out their creativity in group sequences.
Like all familea daycare centers, the Roche Solitude daycare center and its entire team are committed to high-quality, pedagogical values and are guided by the methodology of education and learning stories (BULG). Annual further training in the early childhood sector is part of our pedagogical work.
