The initiative began with a simple request for helmets for the residents of the transit home. During the handover, René noticed how many bicycles in the basement were in need of repair.
After a thorough inventory, the time had finally come last Friday: equipped with tools and numerous spare parts, René and another bike mechanic dedicated a whole day to repairing the two-wheelers. They worked with dedication, cleaning and adjusting to make each bike roadworthy again.
